Christmas is just around the corner and so is good food, movies and spending time with your family.
We are convinced that Christmas is a time for rest and recovery. But if you insist to a home workout, it better be a Christmas-inspired one!
Our founder Gustaf Ollas has created a short and sweet Christmas home workout for you all.
Enjoy!
As always, start with a warmup and short stretch. When you’re ready, perform:
10 Santaburpees
10 Lunges with heavy giftbag
10 Elfsitups
10 Push-ups (or turn on your back and do a snow angel)
Take a breather and repeat for five rounds.
Remember to eat lots of good Christmas food post workout for ultimate recovery.
