If you wish to make a return, file a complaint, or exchange, we direct you straight to our portal where you can easily register your case.

Sometimes our mail get marked as spam, please check your spam folder if you feel like your response has taken to long.

Our goal is to reply within 24 hours, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM CET.
