The materials account for 60% of the garment's footprint. Therefore, we place great emphasis on the choice of materials in our work to reduce our climate footprint. We embrace Textile Exchange's definition of “Preferred Fibers”, which through a holistic approach to converting production systems consistently delivers reduced environmental impact and increased benefits to climate, nature, and people compared to conventional equivalents. Targets for synthetic materials: 80% recycled and biobased synthetics by 2030 to reduce our dependence on crude oil and create circular flows Targets for natural materials: 100% organic, recycled or generative cotton and generative or responsible wool by 2030 to promote biodiversity and improve soil health.
